Dalraddy Cottage is proud to announce that we are the first tourism business in Staffordshire to earn a Quality at Heart award - We were awarded the Silver Servicemark award recently which acknowledges our major commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Over the last few months we've been busy upgrading the cottage. Although we already had a 4 star rating, we have now included superior handmade pine bedroom furniture in the bedrooms, and a burgundy leather chesterfield suite in the lounge, plus lots of pine storage for the mass of videos and books available to our guests. The recent inspection by Visit Britain acknowledged our hard work and was pleased to award us a 4 star rating once again.
